
I have several injuries that make working out difficult for me. Julie has been able to design a workout routine that not only accommodates my physical limitations but has helped to heal my injuries. She also varies each workout to keep the routine fresh and challenging. She brings energy and enthusiasm to each session. Working with Julie is one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself.

I have been working with Julie close to a year now. She has always been energetic and willing to push me and keep me excited about the program. I like how she changes the workout every few visits because it really works different muscles. I've been doing boxing, weights, bands and cardio and all the workouts have been great and different. I can see a difference in not only my strength but my balance. Julie has also done a great job of answering questions regarding nutrition and giving me ideas on how to keep weight control in check.
She is very professional but also very easy to talk to and likes to keep the workout atmosphere light. That is a wonderful quality especially when I have those days where I don't want to workout and she keeps me motivated.
