what is it?
We understand that everyone is unique and that personal training is not a one-size-fit-all activity. Conditions such as high blood pressure, obesity, osteoporosis, pregnancy, arthritis, etc all require special care and we’d like to set you up with a personal trainer that can help. With individualized personal training, tailor-made personal training programs are brought right to you. A personal trainer will come to your home to teach you the correct way to exercise specific to your condition. Personal training sessions may include weight training, running or other cardiovascular exercise, stretching, sport specific activities, Pilates, water exercise or many other activities. All programs are designed by your personal trainer to meet your specific needs and goals. Some medical conditions will require a medical consent from your physician.
who is it for?
Personal training is great for anyone looking to increase their fitness levels, gain strength, reduce body fat, train for a sport or event, or just be more active and healthier. In-home personal training is ideal for those who aren’t comfortable in a gym, have trouble getting out the door to exercise, or just prefer exercising in their home.
what are the benefits?
Personal training will benefit you in many ways. Having a personal trainer come to your home will increase your motivation to meet your goals, give you direction for your exercise program, and provide you with ongoing support. By increasing your activity levels you will be decreasing your risk for disease, increasing energy levels, improving body composition, gaining strength, and gaining self-confidence.
where does it take place?
Most often, personal training sessions take place right in your own home. Don’t worry if you feel you don’t have a lot of space, you don’t need as much space as you think. Our personal trainers are not limited to only working in your home though. Personal trainers can come to your place of work or your apartment complex gym, provided they allow outside personal trainers to work there. Personal training sessions can also take place outside in your neighborhood or at a public park if you like the outdoors.
